How to Return Your Jars

Simply log in to one of my platforms, order your candles and when done return to platform send me a message with your order number to request a prepaid return shipping label. I'll create and email you a return label that you can print at home. Just pack up your jars, attach the label, and drop them off at your nearest shipping location!

Return 7oz Candle jar w/ lid. Get a $1.00 credit.

12oz Candle jar w/lid. Get a $2.00 credit.

16oz Candle jar w/lid. Get $3.00 credit.

22oz 3 wick glass candle jar w/lid. Get $4.00 credit.

Diffuser must contain original lid. Refill will only be cost of oil. Cost will be 1/2 of original price and will be returned with new reeds.

Few guidelines:

Jars must have been purchased from Uku's Candles. No more than two credits per order. No cracks or dents. Lids must be returned with jars.
