Refund policy

We want you to love your Uku's Candles purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with lids intact. Please contact us with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Jar Return Program: Return your empty candle jars (with lids) for store credit! Contact us with your order number for a prepaid return label. Credits: 7oz jar = $1.00, 12oz jar = $2.00, 16oz jar = $3.00, 22oz jar = $4.00. Maximum 2 credits per order. Jars must be from Uku's Candles with no cracks or dents.
